HICONIQUE × PQT is the shared name of two companies working together in construction in Hai Phong: PQT Investment Joint Stock Company (Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư PQT) and HICONIQUE Design and Construction Co., Ltd. (Công ty TNHH Thiết kế và Xây dựng HICONIQUE). One is grounded in planning, infrastructure, real estate and large projects; the other focuses on designing and building premium homes and interiors.
Over 20 years rooted in construction
Our story begins in construction, where every project demands technical precision, schedule discipline and long-term responsibility to the people who use it. From that base we have extended from infrastructure and industrial work to the homes that shape families' daily lives. The two companies have different strengths that complement each other, so clients can work with us on an apartment, a townhouse, a villa or a larger investment or factory project.
PQT Investment JSC
PQT was founded on 13 April 2007 by Mr Phạm Quang Thẩm, its founder and Chairman. Its fields of activity are:
- Planning
- Infrastructure construction
- Real estate investment and business
- Industrial construction: factories and industrial-park buildings
- Construction of large-scale projects
This work requires project management, permitting and large-scale site organisation, the technical and managerial foundation we bring to every residential project.
HICONIQUE Design and Construction
HICONIQUE was founded and is led by Phạm Quang Hiếu (CEO/Founder). It designs and builds premium villas, townhouses, apartments and interiors under the slogan "Kiến tạo sự độc bản" (crafting the one-of-a-kind): each home is designed for its plot, its needs and its owners rather than copied from a template. How we work
- One point of contact from design to handover: survey, architecture, interior design, construction and handover are coordinated by a single team, so owners never have to manage designers and contractors separately. The steps are described on our process page.
- Workshop-made joinery: kitchens, wardrobes and panelling are produced in the workshop from technical drawings, then installed on site, for better precision and finish and less time and dust at home.
- Transparent estimates: costs are broken down by item, material and rate. You can run a first estimate yourself with the building cost estimator.
- 12-month construction warranty on our building work.
