Responsibilities
- Survey sites and develop layouts with homeowners
- Produce 3D visuals and present concepts
- Prepare construction drawings with structural and MEP teams
- Design supervision on site
Requirements
- Architecture degree
- AutoCAD, SketchUp / Revit and a renderer (Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray)
- Strong aesthetics and knowledge of materials and northern Vietnam climate
HICONIQUE Interior designerDesign · Full-time · 1+ years
Design apartment, townhouse and villa interiors; prepare joinery take-offs for the workshop.
Responsibilities
- Concepts, moodboards and interior renders
- Detailed joinery, ceiling, flooring and lighting drawings
- Coordinate with the workshop and site team
Requirements
- Interior design / architecture degree
- AutoCAD, 3ds Max / SketchUp, Corona or V-Ray
- Knowledge of timber, hardware and ergonomics
PQT Structural engineerEngineering · Full-time · 3+ years
Analyse and design structures for homes, steel-frame factories and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- RC and pre-engineered steel design
- Structural drawings and calculation reports
- Review soil reports and propose foundations
Requirements
- Civil engineering degree
- Etabs / SAP2000 / Safe, AutoCAD
- Sound knowledge of Vietnamese structural codes
PQT Site managerConstruction · Full-time · 5+ years
Run residential, industrial and infrastructure sites in Hai Phong – Hai Duong.
Responsibilities
- Plan and control schedules and methods
- Manage quality, safety, labour and subcontractors
- Inspections and as-built records
Requirements
- Civil engineer with relevant practising certificate
- Experience leading comparable sites
- Works well under schedule pressure, frequent site work
HICONIQUE Residential site engineerConstruction · Full-time · 2+ years
Supervise quality and progress on townhouse and villa projects.
Responsibilities
- Supervise works against drawings and our 18-item process
- Inspect materials, keep site diaries and progress photos for owners
- Coordinate crews and suppliers
Requirements
- Civil engineer
- Reads architectural, structural and MEP drawings
- Careful and good with clients
PQT Quantity surveyorEngineering · Full-time · 2+ years
Take-offs, estimates, tender documents and final accounts.
Responsibilities
- Quantity take-offs from drawings
- Estimates, quotations and bids
- Track variations and final accounts
Requirements
- Civil / construction economics degree
- Estimating software (G8, Eta, advanced Excel)
- Knows current norms and unit prices

Advise homeowners on design and build; follow up leads from the website, Zalo and referrals.
Responsibilities
- Handle and advise leads; book surveys
- Prepare quotes with architects
