The brief

The owners wanted a resort-style home in the city: full of light, close to nature, private enough for three generations.

The challenge

A west-facing plot with harsh sun and a narrow frontage for its depth, needing a pool without losing the garden.

HICONIQUE solution

The volume steps back for a front garden, deep eaves and timber louvres block the west sun; a central pool becomes the landscape axis with rooms opening onto it.

Phu My Villa is a luxurious project with modern style combined with Asian elements. The project is designed with open spaces, maximizing natural light and green landscape. The garden and pool are harmoniously integrated with the architecture creating a prestigious living space.
